Thank you all so much for taking part!
Here you will find all of the general resources you will need - I hope - for the blog tour, kept in one central location so that we all have access to the most up-to-date version.
Images, banners and posters etc are all available here, and will therefore not be emailed unless specifically requested, otherwise I fear my internet will explode with the number of images I'd need to send. This then gives you the option of downloading the images to your own hard-drive, or you can copy the image URL instead when posting the images to your blogs without having to save them at all.
Countdown Teaser Tour hosts, you have an additional resource page, where you will find the countdown image and teaser for your blog. Release Day Blitz hosts *should* have everything needed right here once I have it all finalised. For the Blog Tour hosts; individual guest posts and interviews etc will be sent via email with a link back to this webpage for everything else.
Should this all sound like gobble-de-gook to you, and you would prefer to have the press pack emailed to you in its entirety, please drop me a note in the Facebook blog tour group or send me an email.
If anything doesn't work, please let me know.

Due to popular request, I have added a file below which contains the html code for a pre-made Release Day Blitz post, which you can just copy and paste into your blog, and even schedule ahead of time so you don't actually have to do anything on the day. (added: 12/9 @10:15 UK time)
I have had to switch the giveaway to an alternate provider, so please ensure that you use the Rafflecopter widgets for your blog posts. To be on the safe side, please use the giveaway codes below... (updated: 9/9 @17:40 UK time)
